Trello Integration

Overview

Integrate Solatis with Trello to automatically create cards from action items, sync board status, and maintain visual project workflows.

Quick Setup

  1. Integrations → Trello
  2. Click "Connect Trello"
  3. Authorize Solatis
  4. Select board(s)
  5. Configure card templates

Permissions: Read/write cards, boards, lists, members

Features

Auto-Create Cards

From Meetings:

Action item: "Update pricing page by Friday - Sarah"

Creates Trello card:
📋 Update pricing page
📅 Due: Friday
👤 Member: Sarah
📍 List: To Do
🔗 Attachment: Meeting transcript

Board Sync

Bidirectional:

  • Solatis → Trello: Create/update cards
  • Trello → Solatis: Status updates, comments
  • Real-time or scheduled sync

Label Management

Auto-Apply Labels:

Priority → Color Label
- Urgent: Red
- High: Orange
- Medium: Yellow
- Low: Green

Type → Text Label
- Bug: "🐛 Bug"
- Feature: "✨ Feature"
- Task: "📝 Task"

Board Mapping

Map Solatis Workspaces to Trello Boards:

Workspace: Product Team → Board: Product Development
Workspace: Marketing → Board: Marketing Campaigns
Workspace: Sales → Board: Sales Pipeline

List Mapping

Status to List:

To Do → To Do
In Progress → Doing
Review → Review
Complete → Done

Custom Fields

Map Data:

Estimated Hours → Card field
Story Points → Card field
Department → Label
Sprint → Board/List

Solatis Power-Up for Trello:

  • View linked documents
  • Start AI chat from card
  • Generate summaries
  • Extract action items

Butler Automation

Combine with Butler:

WHEN card moved to "Done"
THEN update Solatis status
AND notify stakeholders
AND archive if older than 30 days
