Overview

Slack Knowledge Sync connects your Slack workspace with Solatis, making all your team conversations searchable and analyzable with AI. Never lose important discussions buried in Slack channels.

Setup

Connect Slack Workspace

Step 1: Authorize Connection

1. Go to Integrations → Slack
2. Click "Connect Workspace"
3. Log in to Slack (if needed)
4. Review permissions requested
5. Click "Allow"

Permissions Required:

• Read channel messages
• Read user information
• Read channel information
• Write messages (for bot responses)

Step 2: Select Channels

1. Choose channels to sync
2. Public channels available
3. Private channels (if admin)
4. Direct messages (optional)
5. Click "Start Sync"

• Daily (Basic)
• Manual only
