Can't log in - forgot password
Reset your password:
- Go to login page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email
- Check inbox for reset link
- Create new password
Tips:
- Check spam folder
- Link expires in 1 hour
- Contact support if no email received
Two-factor authentication not working
Troubleshooting:
- Verify authenticator app time is synced
- Try backup codes
- Generate new QR code if needed
- Contact support to reset 2FA
Account locked after multiple failed attempts
Solution:
- Wait 15 minutes for automatic unlock
- OR use "Forgot Password" to reset
- Contact support if urgent
Single Sign-On (SSO) issues
