Automatic Sync

Enable Auto-Sync

1. Select source folder
2. Enable Auto-Sync
3. New files automatically imported
4. Updates reflected in Solatis

Sync Options

• Full sync (all files)
• Incremental sync (new only)
• Daily sync (schedule)
• Manual import

File Formats

Supported across all services:

• PDF
• DOCX, XLSX, PPTX
• TXT, MD
• JPG, PNG, GIF
• ZIP (auto-extracted)

Best Practices

• Organize cloud storage logically
• Use consistent naming conventions
• Regular cleanup of old files
