Setup

  1. Connectors → Google Drive
  2. Click Connect
  3. Authorize Google account
  4. Select folders to sync
  5. Save

Auto-Import Documents

Enable Auto-Import

  1. Select Google Drive folder
  2. Enable Auto-Import
  3. Documents automatically upload when added
  4. View imported documents in Solatis

Manual Import

  1. Select folder
  2. Click Import Now
  3. Choose documents
  4. Import

Supported Files

  • PDF
  • Google Docs (converts to PDF)
  • Excel/Sheets
  • PowerPoint/Slides
  • Images (JPG, PNG)

Organize by Folder

Solatis mirrors Google Drive structure:

Sync Status

View sync status:

  • Last sync time
  • Documents synced
  • Failed imports
  • Storage used
