Share with Team Members

  1. Open document
  2. Click Share button
  3. Enter team member email
  4. Select permission level
  5. Click Share

Shared Documents

View all documents shared with you:

  1. Click Shared in sidebar
  2. Filter by workspace or person
  3. Open to view

Stop Sharing

  1. Open document
  2. Click Share
  3. Find person to remove
  4. Click Remove
  5. Save

Comments & Discussions

Add Comments

  1. Open document
  2. Select text or click margin
  3. Click Comment
  4. Type comment
  5. Press Enter

Reply to Comments

  1. Click Reply on comment
  2. Type response
  3. Press Enter

Resolve Comments

  1. Click comment
  2. Click Resolve
  3. Comment archived but visible

Activity Timeline

Track all document changes:

  1. Open document
  2. Click Activity tab
  3. View:
    • Who accessed document
    • What changes were made
    • When changes occurred
    • Comments and discussions

Version History

Recover previous document versions:

  1. Open document
  2. Click History
  3. Select previous version
  4. Click Restore to revert

Version Details

For each version:

  • Timestamp
  • Who made changes
  • Summary of changes
  • Option to restore

Real-Time Collaboration

Live Editing

When team members edit simultaneously:

  • See cursor position of other users
  • View changes in real-time
  • See who's typing

Conflict Resolution

If multiple people edit same section:

  • Last save wins
  • Previous version available in history
  • Contact team member if conflict

Notifications

Collaboration Alerts

Get notified when:

  • Document shared with you
  • Someone comments on your document
  • Document you're editing is modified
  • Analysis completes on shared document

Notification Preferences

  1. Settings → Notifications
  2. Choose notification type
  3. Select delivery method (Email, In-app)
  4. Set frequency
  5. Save

Comments Best Practices

Clear Comments

✅ Good:
"Update this section to include Q4 financials.
 See my email for specific numbers."

❌ Poor:
"Fix this"
"Change it"

Actionable Comments

✅ Good:
"@Maria - Can you review the calculations
 in Table 2? I'm getting different numbers."

❌ Poor:
"Check this"

  3. Start new discussion
  4. Team members reply
